. SUMMARY STATEMENT 

In support of the Global Sales organization, coordinates sales communications projects and initiatives for Business to Business Marketing. Provides a broad range of operational support to the Manager, B2B Marketing and assists with implementation of sales and marketing communications plans. 

II. ORGANIZATION 

Reports to the Manager, B2B Marketing. Individual contributor. Interacts regularly with internal stake holders and outside agencies and designers. 

III. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Under direction of the Manager, assists with implementation of sales and marketing communications plans and national campaigns targeting the B2B market segment (corporate travel, tour operators, travel agents, government/military, sports teams, etc.) by: 

Coordinating and organizing trade shows and events, including managing relationships with outside vendors and maintaining records and budget tracking for all assigned projects. 
Coordinating and tracking the creative production process for sales collaterals, pitch presentations, website content and e-mail campaigns. 
Following up on open items and communicating with internal groups, outside agencies/designers and vendors to help keep projects on schedule. 
Providing excellent internal and external customer service. 
Proof-reading drafts and briefs. 
Contributing to the writing of creative briefs, as requested. 
Helping ensure that all graphic elements and content have been cleared by Legal and all corporate and brand identity standards are used correctly.
Gathers and compiles data for measuring success and ROI of initiatives. 
Enters data into lead database. 
Provides reports to the Manager, including analysis by brand, market area, lead conversion rates, etc. 

IV. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

Education, Experience and Knowledge 
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in marketing/communications at an advertising agency, in-house advertising/marketing communications department, or brand management function. 
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications, or related field, from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred. 
Good understanding and knowledge of integrated marketing communication in both traditional and new media.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
