SUMMARY STATEMENT 

Provides assistance to office managers with data entry, Answering multi-Line phone system, Recieving and directing job seekers, staff on operational skills, software and revenue management activities to help affect guest service and business efficiency. Also provides Career services and on-site support to Clients that purchase the proprietary Career and Event management systems. Delivers training through on-site visits, regionalized training workshops and other training vehicles such as online webinars. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
*Conducts training for Job seekers, support personnel, field service staff, and management company personnel either on-site or in regional learning workshops; utilizes company-developed curriculum and training plan
*Installs hardware and software
*Assist Business Clients, staff in building both systems and operational skills to help the property better utilize the technology tools 
*Works with new training staff, preparing them to work on their own in the field
*Provides input on training materials and course content, working with other trainers and management personnel as needed
*Acts as liaison between the hotels and Technical Services during the training process and for a time period after training
*Provides administrative or project support as needed
*Completes and returns expense reports in a timely manner

SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE 
*College degree or equivalent experience in management (particularly within the hospitality industry) 
*Business office experience preferred 
*Experience as a hotel general manager preferred 
*Practical training and/or presentation experience required 
*Ability to be flexible with changing schedules and priorities 
*Ability to work independently and without direct supervision 
*Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS 
*Ability to lift 20-30 pounds 
*Willingness and ability to work extended hours 
*Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 25 days per month) 
*Valid driver's license 
*Spanish language skills preferred
